Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through prospecting and research, expanding GetePay's client base across various sectors.
• Engage prospective customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels to understand and address their needs.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of GetePay's platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system, tracking engagement and sales activities.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals.
• Provide post-sale support to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction with GetePay's digital solutions.
• Regularly report on sales activity and pipeline status to management, identifying potential areas for growth and improvement.
