Job Overview

GetePay is seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with up to one year of experience. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our growth by building relationships with potential clients and facilitating digital payment solutions. This position requires effective communication skills, strong customer focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software to efficiently manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in customer feedback analysis to understand pain points, identify improvement areas, and enhance customer experience (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to perform customer segmentation to target specific groups with tailored marketing strategies and services (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of data analytics to evaluate sales data, uncover insights, and make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools to create and manage campaigns that effectively reach and engage target audiences.
  • Skill in social media engagement for building and nurturing relationships with clients and potential clients on various platforms.
  • Understanding of churn prediction models to forecast potential customer loss and proactively engage at-risk customers.
  • Adaptive in personalization techniques to tailor sales strategies and communication to individual customer preferences and needs.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with prospective clients through outreach efforts including calls, emails, and digital communications.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to educate and inform potential clients about GetePay's offerings and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive repeat sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to suggest enhancements or new product ideas that resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline within the CRM system to track sales progress and ensure a smooth transition between sales stages.
  • Provide strategic input on improving internal processes and customer interactions based on feedback and personal experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about product updates, industry changes, and new sales techniques.
