Job Summary:

We are looking for an Education Counselor who can guide students in making informed decisions about their academic careers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

- Counsel students on academic programs, career options, and admission processes

- Conduct needs assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and interests

- Develop and implement personalized education plans for students

- Build relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, educational policies, and admission requirements

- Meet sales targets and conversion rates

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in education, psychology, or counseling)

- 0-1 year of experience in education counseling or a related field (EdTech industry experience preferred)

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

Salary:

- Fresher: ₹15,000 per month

- Experienced (1 year): ₹20,000 per month
