Job Overview
Our team at My College Buddy is looking for a Junior Admission Counselor to join us on a full-time basis in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of work experience in admissions or a related field. - Manage and review student applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and effective responses
- Follow up with applicants to ensure that all requirements are met and assist in resolving any issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission policies and available programs
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop recruiting strategies and promotional materials
- Generate reports and provide data analysis on admissions metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
