Experience: 4+ years as a Sales Team Lead

Qualification: Any Graduate

Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory (Multilanguage will be added advantage)

Salary: Upto 10 LPA

Shift: Day Shift

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Manage & Handle a team of 20-30 Career Counselors and ATL’s.

 Monitor & train the team on industry best practices.

 Provide continuous business development opportunities and achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets for the team.

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.

 Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales.

Skills:

 Effective team player, self-motivated & presentation skills.

 Competent with CRM and Microsoft Office.

 Strong aptitude for planning and time management.

 Ability to Negotiate and provide guidance.

 Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, Critical thinking.
