Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Basavanagudi, Bangalore

Experience: 0-1 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory (Multilanguage will be added advantage)

Salary: Upto 4 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

 New business development involving prospect development.

 Research and build relationships with new clients.

 Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations

 Plan approaches and pitch for corporates and institutes

 Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.

 Solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals.

 Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.

 Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development

 Ability to conduct BTL Activities.

Skills:

 Effective Communication and Presentation Skills

 Strong analytical, networking and management skills.

 Result-driven with experience of extremely target centric job

 Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment

 Self-learners with high grasping ability

 2-4 year of sales experience in B2B Sales.
