Job Summary:

The Electrician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and machinery across the textile production unit. The role ensures that all electrical equipment functions efficiently, meeting the safety standards and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, control panels, and machinery equipment.
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical issues in textile machines (Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing, Finishing Machines, etc.).
• Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and machines.
• Install and maintain lighting systems and other electrical appliances.
• Maintain electrical inventory and request materials when needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during electrical work.
• Identify defective components and replace them with new parts.
• Collaborate with machine operators to ensure machines run smoothly without interruptions.
• Report daily maintenance work to the Maintenance Manager.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of textile machinery electrical systems.
• Understanding of electrical safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Time management and team coordination.
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems (Preferred).

• Proper documentation of maintenance work.
