Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team at our Muvattupuzha, Idukki location. This is a full-time position, ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the efficient functioning of our office. There will be a starting salary of 15100+ food and accommodation.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace to create, share, and collaborate on documents seamlessly across teams.
  • Experience in calendar management ensuring timely scheduling and conflict-free workflow.
  • Familiarity with document management systems to organize, store, and retrieve important documents efficiently.
  • Demonstrable ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong time management skills ensuring all tasks are prioritized and completed within deadlines (Mandatory skill).
  • Meticulous attention to detail to maintain high accuracy in all administrative tasks (Mandatory skill).
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to identify challenges early and take necessary action.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and external partners.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders for required inventories.
  • Prepare and facilitate communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures to ensure consistent record-keeping.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
  • Conduct reviews on administrative activities and provide suggestions for improving efficiency.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
