Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to join our team in Idukki. This is a full-time position with a maximum of 10 years of work experience required. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and demonstrate expertise in financial management to support our organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis, with the ability to derive insights from data and support decision-making (Mandatory skill).
- Extensive experience in financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards (Mandatory skill).
- Strong skills in cash flow management to maintain the financial health and liquidity of the organization (Mandatory skill).
- Competence in budgeting to assist in forecasting and allocating resources efficiently.
- Expertise in account reconciliation, ensuring consistency and accuracy across financial records.
- Thorough understanding of taxation laws to minimize liabilities and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Experience in audit processes, enhancing transparency and improving internal controls.
- Ability to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire accounting function, ensuring streamlined operations and accuracy in reporting.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate and direct the financial planning and budget management functions of the organization.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing financial snapshots for executive decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Lead the preparation for audits and work closely with auditors, fostering a transparent and accountable environment.
