We are seeking a highly motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team at Akshar School Solutions Private Limited. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our range of branded school supplies and managing customer relationships through telephone calls. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- - Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to persuade and influence customers
- - Self-motivated and target-driven
- - Strong organizational and time management skills
- - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- - Familiarity with CRM software
- - Ability to work well in a team environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- - Contact potential customers through telephone calls and explain our products and services
- - Generate leads and set appointments for sales representatives
- - Maintain a database of prospective customers and track their interactions
- - Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
