Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Lead to join our team at Akshar School Solutions Private Limited. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve team goals and deliver excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail office equipment industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in IVR system setups and integration with CRM
• Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal teams
• Proficiency in conducting ERP software demos
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve team goals
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth
• Collaborate with other team leads and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
• Stay updated with new updates on WhatsApp and IVR systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for RTO, RMA, and new orders with address changes
• Conduct ERP software demos for clients
• Set up and integrate IVR systems with CRM
