Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sr. Support Executive to join our team at Akshar School Solutions Private Limited. As a Sr. Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience as a support executive or similar customer-facing role
• Junior level support experience (1 to 3 years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in using support software and tools
• Patience and empathy in dealing with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles and Responsibilities

*Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems

*Provide data and guides to help the sales team

*Develop and monitor performance indicators

*Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information

Keep record of sales trends

*Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies

*Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board

*Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

*Suggest sales process improvements
