Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Executive to join our team at Akshar School Solutions Private Limited. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Warangal, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail office equipment industry.
- Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term business partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Good negotiation skills to successfully close sales deals.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
