Job Overview


We are seeking a Sales Development Executive to join our team at Akshar School Solutions Private Limited. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Warangal, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail office equipment industry.
  • Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term business partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Good negotiation skills to successfully close sales deals.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and prospecting.
  • Contact potential customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Generate and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
