As an ERP Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation and effective utilization. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in managing and maintaining ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of ERP concepts, processes, and best practices
• Proficient in ERP software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation and effective utilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements and improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation for the ERP system, including user manuals and training materials
• Conduct regular audits of the ERP system to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and concerns
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the ERP system by implementing proper data validation and quality control processes
• Generate reports and analyze data from the ERP system to support decision-making and performance monitoring
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ERP technology and make recommendations for system updates and upgrades
