Qualifications and Skills


  • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the education industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven presentation and sales skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Analytical skills to perform sales analysis and identify opportunities
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
