Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Quality Analyst to join our IoT Research and Development Team at MWS Research Centre. As a Junior Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This is a full-time position based in Perundurai, Tamil Nadu, India with an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in the field of IoT.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in software testing
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Passion for quality assurance and continuous improvement

Roles and Responsibilities

• Test software applications and systems to detect and resolve any issues or defects
• Create and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
• Analyze and document test results and provide recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the software meets quality standards
• Identify and prioritize testing tasks and provide accurate estimates for testing efforts
• Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing
