Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Design Engineer with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in hardware design, schematic preparation, and end-to-end hardware solutions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Altium Designer and capable of delivering innovative hardware designs and solutions, with a strong grasp of both design planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead the hardware design and development processes for new and existing products.
• Create detailed schematic designs, layouts, and PCB designs using Altium Designer.
• Develop and execute design plans and technical specifications for hardware projects.
• Perform component selection, simulation, and analysis to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide end-to-end support for hardware design, from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
• Conduct hardware validation and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues in designs and production.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation and project reports.

Qualifications:  

• 4-6 years of experience in hardware design and development.
• Strong expertise in schematic preparation and PCB layout design.
• Proficiency in Altium Designer.
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end hardware design processes and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of electronics, signal integrity, and power management.
• Experience with design validation, testing, and troubleshooting hardware components.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:  

• Experience in embedded systems design is a plus.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools and processes.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance (e.g., CE, FCC).
