We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer Lead with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Flutter development, coupled with robust knowledge of iOS development. The ideal candidate will lead our Flutter development team and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge mobile applications. This role requires relocation to Perundurai and entails working on-site from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Flutter developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications that meet project requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and resolving bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and iOS development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes and techniques.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure code quality through best practices and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and offer solutions to complex problems as they arise.
• Maintain effective communication channels within the team and with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development, with a strong portfolio of Flutter applications.
• Proficiency in iOS development with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Objective-C and/or Swift.
• Excellent understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, including architecture, design patterns, and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Leadership abilities with experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Perundurai and work on-site from Monday to Saturday.
