Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Engineer Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 year of experience in soldering, micro soldering, and assembling IoT products. As an Assembly Engineer, you will play a key role in the production and assembly of our innovative IoT devices, ensuring high-quality and reliable products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Soldering and Micro Soldering: Perform soldering and micro soldering tasks on various components, ensuring strong and reliable connections, especially for fine-pitch components and intricate circuitry.
• Assembly: Assemble IoT products according to detailed instructions and schematics.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and any issues encountered.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any assembly or soldering issues promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure smooth and efficient assembly processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 3 year of experience in soldering, micro soldering, and assembling electronic products, preferably IoT devices.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of soldering techniques, micro soldering, and electronic component assembly.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality and precise assembly work.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or coursework in electronics is a plus.
