Resource management skills involve the ability to allocate resources, including personnel, equipment and money, to achieve the goals of a project.

· The candidate should have extensive experience in the Banking / NBFC. Specifically, in Retail Banking, and Operations.

· Sound understanding of the financial services (banking and NBFC) market and regulatory environment in India.

· Additional experience in capital markets and debt markets / and working knowledge of NBFC sector interplays would be valuable.

The person has to visit the HNI clients explain our products and they ready to invest in them.
