Job Opportunity for TIBCO role in MNC

  Minimum 3-5 years of TIBCO support experience with at least 1.5 to 2 years in TIBCO BW 6.x support/maintenance project.

•  Experience in supporting solution which are based on TIBCO BW 6.x suite of projects (TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Admin etc)

•  Should have code debugging skills** This is MUST.

• Should have strong knowledge in various troubleshooting related issues viz code analysis, server checks, working with source and target systems etc.

•  Hand-on experience on testing tools like soapUI and Postman.

• Working experience with defect management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow etc

• Willingness to work in shift 

•  Good knowledge in Deployments, Application support, bug identification, troubleshooting etc

• Good knowledge in Linux environment

• Knowledge in Installation process of TIBCO suite

•  Strong understanding of SLA Management, Incident Management, Incident Resolution Cadence.

•  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication and analytical skills

  Resource is responsible for complete debugging and analysis of the code and find out where the issue/problem exists

  Work closely with source and target application teams for any application support and help in resolving issues

  Work closely with platform admin to certify new versions of TIBCO
