Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid, contract-to-hire, fixed-term basis in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience. The role involves leading our HR initiatives, focusing on recruitment and talent management, and ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the timely acquisition of qualified candidates.

- Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic HR support.
