• Quantitative background in engineering, mathematics, finance, or an MBA
• Minimum 1-8 years of hands-on experience in building compelling data visualizations using Power BI, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools
• Excellent problem-solving, with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations for business stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex and abstract technological concepts to business stakeholders.
• Must have creative approach and rigor to design & develop insightful, visually compelling, and engaging executive & operational dashboards
• Proficiency in SQL for extraction, aggregating, and processing large volumes of structured/unstructured data
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake), and data architecture fundamentals.
• Proficiency in data acquisition and data preparation by pulling data from various databases.
• Self-driven and able to learn new, unfamiliar tools and deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop compelling data visualizations with user-centric design.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify requirements, and propose and implement creative yet pragmatic solutions.
• Partner with data engineers, and data architects to build advanced, scalable, efficient self-service BI infrastructure
• Work with data engineering, data science & digital marketing teams on data warehousing strategies to prepare data collected from digital channels and source systems for robust analysis
