Job Title: IT Sales Intern


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Sales Intern. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Information Technology (IT) sales while working closely with our experienced sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and prospecting.

Support the sales representatives in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing sales reports.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn best practices and strategies for closing deals.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the sales manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:


Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong interest in sales and technology, with a desire to pursue a career in IT sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software preferred.

Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Must be able to commit to a minimum of [XX] hours per week during the internship period.
