Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Baner, Pune, Work from office

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹7,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support:
• Assist in job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

• Employee Engagement:
• Support in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Conduct surveys to gather feedback and analyze employee satisfaction.

• On-boarding and Documentation:
• Assist in on-boarding new hires, including collecting necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.

• HR Operations:
• Help with day-to-day HR operations like attendance tracking, leave management, and employee queries.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and databases.

• Policy and Compliance:
• Support in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
• Help maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR processes and practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
