Job Description - Sales officer
Eligibility Criteria

1. Any bachelor's degree
2. MS Office certification/part of the curriculum
Knowledge (knowledge gained in the past relevant to this requirement)
1. Knowledge of front-end retail operations
2. Selling & customer service
3. Basic knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and
Silver will be an added advantage

1. Communication - Excellent verbal communication in English (Mandatory) & regional language.
2. Basic computer operating knowledge

1. 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations. Preferably with an established Retail Brand
2. Freshers with a high level of communication skills and attitude to serve customers.

1. Job location – The Galleria Mall, Yelahanka & Whitefield Highstreet Caratlane Showroom.
2. Ability to work as per Brand guidelines and set schedules.
3. Extended working hours during Crowded days, weekends, Festivals and season time
4. Shift timing - Minimum 9 hours with strict adherence

Your KRA/KPI
1. Attend and assist the customers at the store and provide adequate product knowledge
2. Influencing and selling jewelry
3. Achieve target - Monthly / Seasonal
4. Maintain high VM standards at the store
5. Addressing all customer queries
6. Following up with the customers
7. Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and presentable for customers
8. Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
9. Retaining the existing or new customers
10. Maintain and monitor store inventory
11. Coordinating with inter-departmental personnel
12. Working on POS, ERP system, Magento, etc
