Roles and Responsibilities

Handling end-to-end requirement process (screening resumes, interviewing, handling the technical queries & interview co-ordination, and responsible till joining)

Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like headhunting, networking sites, referrals, and from various job sites.

Source the profiles using different hiring tools with a quick turnaround time.

Identify candidates with the right skills to match the client's requirements

Create a talent pool with potential candidates for future job opportunities

Maintaining the records of all the applicant's information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluation
