Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as KYC Field Executives. As a KYC Field Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer accounts meet regulatory compliance requirements. This is a full-time role based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The salary for this position is 3.5 Lakh Incentive + Traveling Allowance. Only freshers with less than 1 year of experience are eligible to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed graduation in any stream
• Age below 25 years
• Possess a valid bike license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong ethical standards and integrity

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct on-field verification of customer documents to ensure compliance with KYC guidelines
• Interact with customers and facilitate the completion of required documentation
• Update customer information in the system accurately
• Verify and validate customer identities, addresses, and other details
• Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activities
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any customer issues or concerns
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection at all times
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team objectives
