Job Overview

MS FINCAP PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a skilled Relationship Officer to join our team. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our loan facilities, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Jaitaran, Rajasthan, India, and requires a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Proven track record in lap sales and housing loan sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Sound knowledge of mortgage loan procedures and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Target-oriented mindset and ability to achieve sales goals

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Promote and sell MS FINCAP loan facilities to potential customers
• Conduct financial assessments and evaluate loan applications
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with the credit team to ensure timely processing of loan applications
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure loan repayment and customer satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
