We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in email management, typing, and Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
• Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
• Maintain HR records and update employee information in the HRIS
• Assist in organizing training programs and workshops
• Support the HR team in various administrative tasks
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations
• Stay updated with HR trends and best practices
