# Timely completion of planned project works as per schedule.

# Efficient Manpower utilization

# Shall be a qualified enough to understand the structural and architectural drawings.

# Shall have leadership qualities to manage sub-contractors, teams and vendors in smooth and timely delivery of project

# Should be energetic and love to travel

# Should be honest at work, follow safety methods while at site
