*Job description*

1) Maintaining Customer relations.

2) Follow up with the Customer.

3) Explain the project to the Customer and emphasize the features and benefits.

4) Generate new leads for the company.

5) Coordinate with the sales team.

6) Drafting correspondence to customers

7) Understand the technical requirements and satisfaction of the customer by providing data in time

8) Reporting and filing of activities

9) Making MIS Report for Management as and when required

10) Immediate joiners & Steel background is added advantage
