Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager for our rice production division, based in Bhopal. This full-time, senior-level position requires up to 10 years of work experience. As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our rice products, driving continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance (Mandatory skill) within the food manufacturing sector, focusing on rice.
• Strong Team Leadership skills (Mandatory skill), with a history of managing and motivating a diverse team.
• In-depth understanding of Food Safety Regulations to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Competency in Supplier Quality Management, assessing and improving supplier performance.
• Experience in conducting internal and external Auditing to identify areas for improvement.
• Expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies to streamline processes and enhance product quality.
• Ability to perform Risk Assessment effectively, identifying potential threats to quality and safety.
• Proficient in Data Analysis, utilizing metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance standards and processes for rice production.
• Lead the quality team to ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain high standards of ingredient quality and consistency.
