Job Title: Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using various analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

● Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to tailor content and campaigns accordingly.

● Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in our social media landscape.

● Posting and managing all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Threads, and Broadcast Channel) for all our ventures

● Maintaining hygiene across platforms like banners, story highlights, reel covers, and more

● Collaborating with industry influencers and creators for maximizing brand presence and driving relevant audiences

● Collaborate with the content team to develop content strategies that resonate with our audience, drive engagement, and align with our brand identity.

● Create and implement social media campaigns that align with business goals and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Proven experience in social media management with a strong emphasis on data analysis and strategy development.

● Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

● Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
