Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Influencer Marketing Coordinator to lead our influencer partnerships and manage our social media platforms. This role involves collaborating with influencers, creating and managing campaigns, and analyzing social media performance to enhance brand visibility and engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining our online presence across platforms and driving campaigns that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Sourcing & Outreach:
- Identify and research potential influencers that align with the brand’s target audience and marketing goals.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers and creators, negotiating terms and deliverables.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Social Media Management:
- Post and manage content on all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Threads, and Broadcast Channel) for all ventures.
- Maintain platform hygiene by keeping banners, story highlights, reel covers, and other visuals up to date and consistent with the brand.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to maximize brand visibility and engage relevant audiences.
- Campaign Creation & Execution:
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content strategies that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand’s identity.
- Create and execute social media campaigns that support marketing objectives and business goals.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using various analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to optimize content and campaigns.
- Industry Trend Monitoring:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities, identifying opportunities to strengthen our social media and influencer strategies.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improvements and adjustments to campaigns based on market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong emphasis on data analysis and strategy development.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
Please note this is a full time, in office role. Working days are Monday to Saturday.
This role might require you to travel at times at different Moustache locations.
