Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for digitalizing our operations, aligning with overall business objectives and customer needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and domain stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve project goals and milestones.
• Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive product awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth. Carve SEO strategy to enhance product visibility and organic traffic.

• UI/UX Design Oversight: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure that digital products are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines and best practices. Utilize tools such as Figma and other design tools to facilitate the design process.

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize feature enhancements.

• Product Marketing and Launch: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital product development and project governance.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and platforms, including SEO strategy development.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices, with experience using Figma and other design tools.
• Knowledge of ReactJS, Laravel, PHP, SQL, and NextJS for technical collaboration and understanding.
