Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, support various departments, and contribute to a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventories
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain records and documentation in an organized manner
• Assist in organizing meetings, travel, and company events
• Monitor housekeeping, office maintenance, and cleanliness
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Preferred Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mind-set
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
