Job Title: WordPress Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining websites for our clients using WordPress. The candidate should be familiar with WordPress themes and plugins development and have a good understanding of website architecture.  

Responsibilities  

• Develop, design and maintain WordPress based websites for clients 
• Customize existing themes and plugins to meet clients' requirements 
• Write clean, efficient, And well-documented code 
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration 
• Test website functionality and troubleshoot issues 
• Conducting website performance tests 
• Monitoring the performance of the live website 
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features 
• Stay up to date with the latest web technologies, techniques, and trends 
• Provide technical support to clients as needed 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field 
• 0 to 2 years of experience in WordPress development 
• Proven experience as a WordPress developer 
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery 
• Experience with WordPress themes and plugins development 
• Good understanding of website architecture and design principles 
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines 
• Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN. 
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
