• Coordination for negotiations and liaisoning with third party authorities, comprising Transporters, Surveyors, Fumigators, Shipping Lines, CFSs, Legal Advisors, Warehouse providers, Finance Team, CA & CS of the organization, as also Auditors and Government Authorities concerned with customs/port/railways etc.

• Good command over spoken as well as written communications.
• Development and collection of MIS reports at all levels.
• Coordinate with the  HOD for review of business targets as per the management requirement.

Ø Warehouse Operation/ Port Operation/ Railway Operation / CFS

·        Carry out the management of total operations at warehouses & Ports in Gandhidham, Kandla and CFS for mundra.

·        Coordinate the cargo moments and schedule as per the instructions of the customers / HOD between the warehouse and port, other operational locations, and railway sites.

·        Identified and implement the system to minimize the wastage and pilferages while handling the cargo at warehouse and other location like Railway side and vessel loading.

·        Coordination for  timely shipment of cargo loading, container, railway handling as per the given schedule, to avoid any detention or demurrage due to the clients.

·        Take care and inspect the cargo while loading and Unloading, in case of any shortages/ damages  inform to respective customer and HOD without any delay.

·        Take care of daily moment of cargo by break bulk, factory stuff container & dock stuff container, vessel loading, and railway handling.

·        Close coordinate with vendors to ensure deployment of required fleets/labour as per the commitments.

·        Coordinate for Containerized  and bulk /break bulk operation.
