We are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team in Gandhidham. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of proven experience in the shipping industry, specifically in CHA, freight forwarding, and transport sectors. You will play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations, as well as handling complex audits and reconciliations.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- *Financial Reporting & Analysis*: Oversee and manage the entire accounting process, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

- *GST & TDS Compliance*: Ensure timely filing of GST and TDS returns and handle all related compliance matters.

- *Tax Planning & Advisory*: Develop strategies for tax savings, and provide expert guidance on tax regulations, both direct and indirect.

- *Audit Management*: Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

- *Bank Reconciliation*: Perform detailed bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

- *Accounts Payable/Receivable*: Oversee the day-to-day processing of accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate ledger maintenance.

- *MIS Reporting*: Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for management, highlighting key financial insights and performance metrics.

- *Cost Control & Budgeting*: Implement cost control measures, monitor expenses, and ensure budgets are followed across departments.

- *Financial Data Management*: Maintain and update financial databases and ensure the accuracy of data entries.

- *Statutory Compliance*: Stay updated on the latest financial and regulatory laws and ensure company-wide compliance with statutory requirements.

*Qualifications & Skills*:

- Qualified *Chartered Accountant (CA)*.

- 5-6 years of experience in the shipping industry (CHA, freight forwarding, and transport).

- Strong knowledge of *GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws*.

- Proficiency in *financial software* and advanced *MS Excel skills*.

- Excellent skills in *financial analysis, reporting, and auditing*.
