Responsibilities include:

1. Introduction of new technology & strategy.
2. Handling new project.
3. Bring changes in process for best use of available resources.
4. Developing new ways for increasing output of available resources. 
5. Providing solutions for deadlock situations.
6. Understanding written and verbal project briefs and working alongside team members to develop plans, work schedules and targets.
7. Analyzing operations and providing cost effective suggestions for improvement.
8. Streamlining processes so that the business operates at maximum efficiency.
9. Liaisoning with client’s managers and other stakeholder for closure of queries.
10. Updating work schedule and adjusting targets as required.
11. Addressing performance issues.
12. Motivating and inspiring staff members when tight deadlines approach.
13. Keeping up to date with advancements in the field.
14. Writing up reports and presenting findings before management.
15. Overall administration of plant & facility.
