Experience: 0-1 years

Education: Educational: At least 12th Pass



Morena is looking for a highly motivated and Customer Support Associate Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Mediassist customers via phone, email, and chat.



Mediassist Careers Responsibilities


  • Provides customer support by phone, email escalates more technical product-related issues to proper Product Support department.
  • Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies root cause of problem and uses tool and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
  • Meets standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to Schedule and average handle time.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the management as needed.
  • Following up complicated customer calls where required.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Documenting details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.  Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal / external departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Salary Bar: 14,000 INR-16,500 INR CTC*
  • 6 days working, 1 WeekOff.
  • RotationalShifts (24*7)
  • Probation period :6 Months
  • Statutory deductions applicable on salary.
