Job Overview

We are hiring a Caller with less than 1 year of experience to join our team at Moo Rides. As a Caller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our services to potential customers. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with a salary range based on experience. Moo Rides is a taxi aggregator company similar to Ola, Uber, Namma Yatri, Rapido, providing seamless commuting in and around Bengaluru. Our team consists of 11-50 employees, and our headquarters is located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer retention and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in outbound sales and email marketing is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and high energy level
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their transportation needs
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Promote Moo Rides' services and offers to potential customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and call records
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
