Job Description
You will play a pivotal role in propelling the company's growth trajectory. Their
primary responsibilities include identifying new business avenues, nurturing existing
client relationships, and spearheading sales initiatives. This multifaceted role
encompasses strategic planning, market analysis, lead generation, negotiation, and
close collaboration with internal teams to meet revenue and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
(a) Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential
target segments.
(b) Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to develop strategies for
business growth.
(c) Lead Generation and Prospecting.
(d) Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities through various channels,
including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
(e) Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
(f) Client Relationship Management:
(g) Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
(h) Understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions that align with
their business objectives.
Sales and Negotiation:
(i) Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
(j) Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company's products or services.
(k) Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals that benefit both the company and the client.
(l) Collaboration with Internal Teams:
(m) Work closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies.
(n) Provide feedback from clients and the market to assist in refining product offerings and service delivery.
Proposal Development:
(o) Prepare and submit well-crafted proposals and quotations that address client needs and requirements.
(p) Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client expectations.
Reporting and Analysis:
(q) Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM software.
(r) Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
(s) Attending Industry Events:
(t) Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence and identify potential leads.
(u) Utilize strong English communication skills to effectively engage with international clients.
(v) Possess market knowledge of foreign markets to better understand client needs and preferences.
(w) Demonstrate expertise in pitching to international clients, understanding their requirements, and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
Must Have: Somebody who is from a Digital Marketing/ Advertising background will be considered prior. With Proficiency in On Field Sales.
