We are a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a passionate and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually compelling digital content that aligns with our client’s branding, marketing, and advertising strategies. You’ll be at the forefront of creating engaging visuals for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, advertisements, and other digital assets. Your role will ensure that the designs not only look stunning but also serve as effective marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Design Creation:

• Develop high-quality, original designs for digital marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, email newsletters, social media posts, and online ads.
• Create visual concepts and branding materials for clients, including logos, banners, infographics, and more.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to design visuals that effectively communicate client messages and drive engagement.

Content for Social Media:

• Design and optimize graphics for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), ensuring each platform’s unique style and specifications are met.
• Develop graphics, animations, and video content that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand awareness.

Branding & Identity:

• Maintain and evolve client branding, ensuring visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Help develop visual identity systems, including color schemes, typography, and visual styles that communicate brand messaging.

Creative Problem-Solving:

• Work closely with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and project requirements to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Stay on top of industry trends, design principles, and emerging technologies to continuously bring fresh, innovative design ideas to the table.

Collaboration & Feedback:

• Coordinate with copywriters, digital marketers, and other designers to ensure designs meet marketing objectives and timelines.
• Take constructive feedback from clients and team members to refine and perfect designs.
• Present design concepts, mockups, and final outputs to clients for approval.

Multimedia Design:

• Occasionally work on video editing, animations, and interactive graphics to support multimedia campaigns.
• Ensure that all assets are optimized for fast loading times, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices.

Design for Conversion:

• Apply principles of user-centered design to ensure visual content is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for conversions.
• Create designs that inspire action, whether it’s generating leads, encouraging purchases, or increasing social shares.

Experience:

• At least 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of digital marketing and branding projects.
• Experience working within a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred.

kills & Expertise:

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, and animations is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and their design requirements.

Creativity:

• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills with the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Ability to develop designs that are visually distinctive, unique, and aligned with the client’s brand identity.
