Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic female Tele Callers to join our vibrant team in Bangalore. This is a full-time entry-level position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 years of work experience. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone to provide information about our financial services, assist with loan applications, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to Capinex Moneymark's financial services
  • Assist customers with the loan application process and provide necessary information
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Handle customer objections and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support if needed
  • Meet or exceed established targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
