Holidays : 2 Saturdays Holidays and all Sunday Holidays

Salary - 16000 to 22000 per month plus Provident Funds

Job description (Customer Support Executive)

 Providing latest market information to clients,

 Resolving trading related client queries and requests,

 Communicating important updates to clients,

 Assisting and coordinating with Risk management team,

 Client activation's & Product demo's,

 Reporting issues & feedback from client's to the technology team.

 Must have diligent work ethic,  Must be motivated individual,  Must be not lazy or ignorant,  Must be good with numbers,  Must be multi-tasker,  Must be able thrive in high pressure environment, 

Education : BCOM, BBA , BFM , MBA
