Job description (Customer Support Executive)
Providing latest market information to clients,
Resolving trading related client queries and requests,
Communicating important updates to clients,
Assisting and coordinating with Risk management team,
Client activation's & Product demo's,
Reporting issues & feedback from client's to the technology team.
