Day Shift and Fixed Weekly Off

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collection call on a personal loan for collecting EMI & Charges

Look after customer queries and try to resolve the case in the best possible manner

Updating daily achievements to superiors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience in Tele calling, NBFC.

Good Communication Skills

DRA Certification

Spoken Language Proficiency: English , Hindi and any other India Language
