A  focused Wealth and Asset Management and Financial Advisory Platform that aims to provide clients with transparent, cost-efficient, and unbiased solutions is hiring for "PCG Dealer Profile".


The  Private Client Group is the wealth broking arm of the Wealth Management Corporate, that provides a wide array of services including investment options in equities, derivatives and mutual funds to Indian HNI and Family offices. It also offers research services, margin trade funding and third party products like PMS and AIFs. It focuses on enhancing client’s experience in their investment journey. 


Role Summary


As a Dealer, you will be responsible for executing trades and monitoring market activities and updating clients on their positions and managing their risks. The role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, knowledge of regulations regarding margin requirements, risk management, trade settlement, option strategies. Beyond these softer skills such as client communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment


Job Responsibilities:

• Trade Execution: Execute buy and sell orders for a variety of financial instruments including stocks, bonds, and derivatives. Monitor market conditions and trends to make informed trading decisions. Ensure timely and accurate execution of trades in accordance with client instructions and internal guidelines.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, economic data, and financial news. Utilize technical and fundamental analysis to identify trading opportunities and potential risks. Provide investment and trading idea to the client as per research reports by the Team.

• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage trading risks associated with market fluctuations and investment positions. Implement risk mitigation strategies to protect client assets and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their trading needs and provide market updates. Offer expert advice and recommendations to help clients make informed investment decisions.

• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate records of trades and provide regular reports on trading performance and portfolio status.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with market developments, trading technologies, and industry best practices. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance trading skills and knowledge.


Qualification, Experience and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.


• Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience as a Trader or similar role in a broking or financial services environment.


• Certifications: NISM certification in Equity derivative-8 is preferred.


• Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and market analysis techniques. Proficiency in trading platforms, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.

• Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
